Cooler temps & a busy weekend!

September has flew by & I can not believe that tomorrow will be October 1st. At Five Star Cabin Rental we are gearing up for a very busy weekend, & for the entire month of October. With the cooler weather, & the leaves changing October is an especially busy time for us! We have guest's calling us everyday that are still booking for their fall break or to come down & see the beauty of the Red River Gorge & Natural Bridge State Park. You don't want to miss out on the beautiful fall colors blanketing the mountains or the beautiful scenery that you can see from the trails. 

This week we are enjoying some late summer high's for a few more days! Today the forecast is mostly sunny skies & in the mid 80's. Alot of people are taking advantage of this warm weather to sight see & go hiking at the Red River Gorge & Natural Bridge State Park. This Friday the high will be in the 70's & on Saturday the high is in the 60's with a low of 40's that evening. October is definitely bringing in the cooler weather. This time of year our guest's look forward to the fireplaces, fire pits, & hot tubs that we offer at our beautiful log cabins & chalets. We even have a couple of cabins that have a wood burning fireplace! Also, don't forget about our cabins that offer a gorgeous view overlooking the Daniel Boone National Forest. Our cabins that offer a breath taking view are Sunset Canyon, Sunset Falls, Majestic Mtn. View, The Cliffs at Hickory Ridge, & Grandview Chalet. All of these cabins are located on a cliff overlooking the canyons of the Daniel Boone National Forest.
