Beautiful and busy weekend!!!

It sure is going to be a beautiful weekend here in Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge! A great time for a nice hike or to sit and relax by the pool at natural bridge state park. Speaking of hiking, I had the luxury of take a hike over the weekend. I did the balanced rock trail at Natural Bridge State Park. It is a beautiful hike that takes you up to the Natural Bridge. You get to see a lot of nice sights. It's not that long of a hike either I want to say roughly a mile.

Also don't forget about our Wild Things of KY gift shop, where you can see a live animal display which includes snakes, turtles, spiders and lots more. Then when you get done going thru that browse our gift shop where we have lots to choose from. Including homemade fudge, t-shirts, jewelry, and lots more. Then we have our goats on a roof. Which I must say is a lot of fun, the little goats are so cute and love love love to eat. So stop by and give them a nice little snack that you can purchase inside the gift shop.

Then once your done doing all that your going to need a place to sit back and relax. That's where we come in. Our cabins have a lot to offer, hot tubs, fire pits, grills, fully equipped kitchens, pool tables. That just a few amenities to mention. So if you need something to do this weekend come one down. Memorial Day Weekend

It is sure going to be a beautiful and busy weekend here in Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge. WE have a lot going on with the pool opening on Saturday. Also the Lodge at natural bridge is hosting a bunch of different events. They have a guided hike to the natural bridge, live animal displays, a cave tour and ton more. So stop by and check it out. It looks as those the busy season is in full swing. With schools letting out for the summer and people planning vacations we are booking up fast. So if you are looking for a nice get a way. Happy Friday!

Good evening everyone! We hope you're enjoying this fantastic Friday! It's finally the weekend and we're sure you're as happy about that as we are! There are lots of people out and about enjoying the day! We've had several customers in the store buying firewood, quickwicks (fire starters), candles, t-shirts and a lot of other souvenirs and items they need for camping. If you're in the area, stop in and see us! We have a couple cabins left for this weekend if you're looking for a place to stay, or we have free area coupon books for some local savings if you're just pitching a tent and enjoying the great outdoors! Keep in mind we're also now selling Candleberry Candles (Jim Beam line). They're the perfect gift to make anybody's day!

Next weekend is Memorial Day weekend and everything in the Red River Gorge & Natural Bridge areas will be in full swing! Hoe Down Island opened for season last weekend and the pool at the Natural Bridge State Park will open next weekend! There's something fun here for everyone so grab the family and head on down.
