Beautiful and busy weekend!!!

It sure is going to be a beautiful weekend here in Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge! A great time for a nice hike or to sit and relax by the pool at natural bridge state park. Speaking of hiking, I had the luxury of take a hike over the weekend. I did the balanced rock trail at Natural Bridge State Park. It is a beautiful hike that takes you up to the Natural Bridge. You get to see a lot of nice sights. It's not that long of a hike either I want to say roughly a mile.

Also don't forget about our Wild Things of KY gift shop, where you can see a live animal display which includes snakes, turtles, spiders and lots more. Then when you get done going thru that browse our gift shop where we have lots to choose from. Including homemade fudge, t-shirts, jewelry, and lots more. Then we have our goats on a roof. Which I must say is a lot of fun, the little goats are so cute and love love love to eat. So stop by and give them a nice little snack that you can purchase inside the gift shop.

Then once your done doing all that your going to need a place to sit back and relax. That's where we come in. Our cabins have a lot to offer, hot tubs, fire pits, grills, fully equipped kitchens, pool tables. That just a few amenities to mention. So if you need something to do this weekend come one down. Warmer days are headed our way!

Hello Everyone!

It's a chilly day out but the sunshine feels great! We've got a cold few days ahead of us, but warmer days are coming! They're expecting us to hit 60 degrees next week! For now though, we still have several cabins available for this upcoming weekend. Do you have "cabin fever" after being snowed in from last weeks snow storm? Come see us for a perfect get-a-way! Load up the family and head on down to Natural Bridge & Red River Gorge area this weekend. We have cabin amenities that is sure to make it a memorable trip! A warm weekend in the Red River Gorge!

It is going to be a beautiful weekend here in the Red RiverGorge and Natural Bridge State Park area. The news said that the temperatures are going to be in the 50s! That is perfect weather to come down and enjoy all the hiking trails in the Red River Gorge.

After spending a wonderful day hiking the Red River Gorge and going to Natural Bridge you can come back to one of our beautiful cabins. It's almost Valentines Day!

January is almost over and Valentines Day will be here before you know it. If you are still searching for something to get your significant other look no further than here at Five Star Cabin Rental in the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park Area. There will be a few events here in the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park area other than hiking our beautiful area. On Valentines Day the Natural Bridge State Park will be having a Prime Rib buffet. Then that night you can kick up your heels and spend the night dancing at the Valentines Day Square Dance.  If you have ever came in the summer and enjoyed the square dance at Hoedown Island you will love the Valentines Day Square Dance. The admission for that will be $3 per person.

After spending a day hiking, and square dancing what is better than going back to cozy cabin and spending the night next to the fireplace or in a hot tub. I personally can’t think of any. So if that interest you be sure to check us out. Our cabins offer that and more. We also have cabins with pool tables and Jacuzzi tubs.  We will be in the office tonight until 8pm. Holidays in the Red River Gorge

Beautiful Day!

Good Morning!

It's a beautiful day so far! Temperatures are cool but no rain in sight and that makes for a good day here at Natural Bridge & Red River Gorge. I've had several people in and out of the store looking around this morning. A lot of people are in the area with their kids for fall break! It makes for some great memories and fun times here! I've seen several of my friends posting pictures of their trips to Red River Gorge area the last couple of weeks as well. Such a great area to visit!

We've had the best year here at Five Star Cabin Rental! The summer was pretty mild (not too hot is okay with me!) and the fall has treated us just as all. We've had a little more rain than most would like this time of year, but that hasn't stopped our amazing guests, family and friends from coming our way! Our cabins offer hot tubs (some covered for when the nasty weather hits), fireplaces, fire pits, full kitchens, washer/dryer units, pool tables/foosball tables/etc. and TV/satellite so when the weather is not so pleasant, you have a place to go! I hope you consider us in your future plans for your next visit to the Red River Gorge!

We have one more room left available at our Black Bear Lodge Motel for this upcoming weekend, so call soon to book before it's gone! We won't have it long! As October gets close to an end, everyone is trying to get a last minute trip in to see the pretty fall foliage!
